The little green-toned blocks are chunkier than I expected, which is perfect since my 8-month-old can actually grip them instead of just knocking them over. The wood has a nice smooth finish too, no rough edges anywhere.
My 10-month-old figured out the star shape within a day, and the chunky blocks are easy for little hands to grab. The natural wood finish looks lovely on the shelf too, not plasticky at all.
The green tones are so much softer in person than the photos, and the wood feels really smooth and well-sanded. My little one loves grabbing the different shapes and just chewing on them while we practice sorting together.
