The wooden clip is so much easier to fasten than the plastic ones I've tried, and the natural rubber ring feels sturdy even with my teether pulling on it. The fabric hasn't twisted at all after a week of use, which was my biggest worry.

The interfacing inside really keeps it from twisting, which was my biggest annoyance with other holders. Clip is sturdy and the natural rubber ring feels safe for my baby to chew on.
